Farm to table, taken literally

Your food travels about thirty steps.

No trucks. No cold rooms. No middlemen. The greens on your plate were still in the soil this morning, a short walk from the table you're sitting at.

Slow food, grown a few steps away

At Forest Feast, the vegetables, greens and herbs come straight from our organic garden, usually picked the same day they're cooked. Everything is made from scratch when you order, so the food takes a little time, and tastes like it.

We serve a short, seasonal menu of fresh salads, sandwiches, Sri Lankan favourites and homemade cakes, with several vegan options. After your meal, you're welcome to walk through the greenhouse and see where it all grows.

While you wait

Good food takes time. Spend it in the garden.

Every dish is cooked from scratch once you order, so there is a wait — usually twenty to thirty minutes. We would rather you did not spend it looking at your phone.

Walk out into the tunnels while the kitchen works. See the beds your salad is coming from, crush a leaf of mint between your fingers, ask what is ready this week. When your plate is up, we will come and find you.

The Farmacy

Not your ordinary pharmacy.

One letter off, a whole world apart. No white coats, no queue, no prescription — just shelves of what grows here, waiting to be smelled, touched and asked about.
